One thing I hope you find here is truth. One woman's truth and how that continues to guide me.  Sure, it's my truth and that may not be your truth.  However, I hope you feel power and courage within my words.  And, I hope that you are inspired to speak your truth as well.  I am a therapist, writer, artist, mother, and a conscientious human being who continues to trust my truth.  Professionally, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, a heart-centered hypnotherapist, a past-life regression therapist and now small business owner!  I believe our presence has purpose, and when we connect with that, we find our personal power!  I am spiritual, but not religious.  I am calm, but not weak.  After years of feeling silenced, invisible, shamed, controlled and trapped, I have finally found the recipe to fulfillment and have claimed my own life.  Trust, I've found, is the name of the game!  Trust in yourself, trust in the Universe, and trust in the relationship between the two.
